Where We Ship
We currently only ship within Australia.
Age Verification
Tattarang Springs sells alcoholic products and complies with all Western Australian liquor licensing laws.
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our website.
- Age verification may be required at checkout and/or upon delivery.
- Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18+.
- Couriers may request valid photo ID.
Orders cannot be left unattended unless permitted by law and courier policy.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Perth Metro: 2–5 business days
- Regional WA: 5–10 business days
- Interstate: 5–10 business days

Safe Delivery
All Tattarang Springs products are securely packaged to ensure safe transport.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@tattarangsprings.com.au
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
- We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Additional shipping fees for re-delivery
